Doug and Harlan, Our deepest sympathy to you and your family in the passing of your mom. She was a very special lady and raised 2 wonderful sons. Remembering the times we all packed into our car to go out to church. Was hoping to see you both this afternoon, but the weather sounds like it might not be good. I have always admired your mom. Sympathy from Delores Dvorak and the Dvorak family.
We are sorry to hear of Irene’s passing. Irene was quite a lady. We were blessed to get to know her when she lived at the Schule Haus. We loved her wit and her spunk. I will always treasure the beautiful handmade cards she made. Our prayers.
I have known Irene for many many years, we have celebrated birthdays And she has joined us at several holiday parties. I still hold dear her hand written recipe cards that she would mail to me often with some of her favorite treasures . Her Recipes will live on!
Irene was a real trooper. No one could ask for a better mother, friend, or relative. She had a great faith in our Lord, and a true belief in the hereafter. It is our pleasure to know we will be with her again to continue our friendship and love in God. My sympathy to the immediate family, you have lost a true gem. We all look forward to meeting her again in heaven. Doug and Harlan be very happy you had such a Mom. Love to all, Owen
I don’t recall getting a chance to meet this loving mother and grandmother and friend of so many. As a dear family member of Connie and Doug and Bonnie, she was always referred to in the kindest and most loving way. Special thoughts are with you at the loss of this great gal.
Although we did not personally know Irene, we are most grateful to her for for her gift of Doug, Connie, Molly and Kimber.
Winston Churchill said, “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” Irene’s legacy is Doug and Connie, and more. Thank you, dearest Irene. We wish you a happy life in heaven!
Irene was a very special woman. She spent many holidays and family time with us. Her love of flowers, nature and others was a true gift. We’re so sorry for your loss. Hugs and honor to a wonderful grandma Irene!
Irene was an amazing woman. We loved having her celebrate special occasions with our family. She loved us all and her laugh and love could always be felt! We’re so sorry for your loss. May all good memories be held close.
Irene was a sweet lady, my grandmother was her next door neighbor. Her and Bart were the best neighbors you could ask for. All of Dorthea’s family enjoyed their friendship. Lords blessings on you all.
OH, I remember her at Jensen cleaners, when I was a little kid, she was so nice, and, I liked her so much, I’m so happy for her, that she found such happiness in her 2nd career.
