Bill Wollin

April 1, 1948 – October 16, 2016

Bill Wollin, age 68, of Le Sueur, formerly of New Prague, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 16, 2016, at his home after an extended illness.  Bill was born on April 1, 1948 in Alexandria, MN to Howard S. and Pauline C. (Lucas) Wollin and attended Alexandria Public Schools.  On March 8, 1967, Bill married Kay L. Bill is survived by his wife, Kay of Le Sueur; children, Joel (Sook Hee) of New Prague, Troy of New Prague, Billy of New Prague; father, Papa Joe Peerboom of Le Sueur; sister, JoAnn (Harry) Junk of Myrtle Beach, SC; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Peerboom; grandson, Brandon Wollin.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 21, 2016, at 3:00 PM at Bruzek Funeral Home with  Reverend Diane Goulson presiding.  Visitation will take place from 12:00 noon to service time.  Interment will occur at Geneva Cemetery in Alexandria at a later time.

Kay and family: My thoughts are with you- I’m so very sorry to just now read that you lost Bill nearly four years ago already. You two were meant to be together forever.

I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you, to console you, to just be there for you.

I miss you terribly…even still now my best childhood friend.
Peace be with you.
