Margaret was born on September 4, 1947, in Shakopee to Jerome A. and Bernice A. (Wolf) Sand. Sticha on October 12, 1968 at St. Mary’s Purification Church in Marystown, Margaret worked for Scott County Welfare. Bill & Margaret established their home in New Prague and Margaret went to work at the New Prague School District as a secretary. She took a 12-year period away from the school district while raising her children, during which time she operated a daycare in her home.
