Bill Wollin, age 68, of Le Sueur, formerly of New Prague, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 16, 2016, at his home after an extended illness.  Bill was born on April 1, 1948 in Alexandria, MN to Howard S. and Pauline C. (Lucas) Wollin and attended Alexandria Public Schools.  On March 8, 1967, Bill married Kay L. Olson in Watertown, SD.  The couple spent the majority of their life in New Prague, where they raised their 3 sons and finally moved to Le Sueur about 10 years ago.  Bill worked as a maintenance mechanic, retiring from Lockheed Martin.  He is a past Union President of IBEW and was very proud of his work as an EMT for Montgomery Ambulance.  Bill was an avid outdoorsman; he particularly enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and motorcycling.  Family was his first priority; he was never happier than when spending time with his wife of nearly 50 years, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his wife, Kay of Le Sueur; children, Joel (Sook Hee) of New Prague, Troy of New Prague, Billy of New Prague; father, Papa Joe Peerboom of Le Sueur; sister, JoAnn (Harry) Junk of Myrtle Beach, SC; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Peerboom; grandson, Brandon Wollin.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 21, 2016, at 3:00 PM at Bruzek Funeral Home with  Reverend Diane Goulson presiding.  Visitation will take place from 12:00 noon to service time.  Interment will occur at Geneva Cemetery in Alexandria at a later time.
