Solheid, age 93, of New Prague, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, August 28, 2016, at Mala Strana Rehabilitation Center in New Prague.  Wally was born on August 6, 1923, in New Prague to John C. and Mary (Weiers) Solheid.  He attended Union Hill School and was a lifelong resident of the Union Hill area.
